This patient had an incisal composite that kept debonding from her front tooth. We discovered the cause was a deep crack extending the length of the visible tooth. We treatment planned porcelain crowns to treat the cracks on the two front teeth. She was very pleased with the final shape and shade match to her adjacent teeth.

This patient came in for a routine cleaning and exam. It was at this visit that we noticed the deep cracks on her front teeth. She also mentioned she wasn’t happy with the color or alignment so we treatment planned crowns on her front 6 teeth. She wanted to keep the older crowns on her back teeth how they were. The final result turned out great and addressed all of her primary concerns. She was very happy with the result.

1) Failing root canal. Patient elected to have implant placed instead of root canal retreated.
2) Final healing after the bone graft and extraction at approximately 3-4 months.
3) Implant placed with proper spacing between teeth. Performing the bone graft at time of extraction allows this process to be very predictable.
4) Final abutment and crown placed.

This patient was unhappy with the way this front tooth filling had stained. We were able to custom shade match a new composite filling and he was much happier with the look of his smile.

This patient was unhappy with their smile and wanted to know the best way to fix it. We decided that Invisalign was the best option for them. They were very happy with the result.

This patient did not like the flaring of her front teeth. We came up with a treatment plan that involved crowning the four upper incisors to bring them back into alignment. She was extremely pleased with the outcome.

The patient had severely discolored teeth that made him hesitant to smile. We were able to do same day CEREC crowns with custom staining and now his front teeth are a much better match.
