New Patient Information
Your First Visit
When you come into Bluff Creek Dental for your very first appointment, we know you will notice a difference right away. You’ll be greeted by our warm, friendly front desk staff. If you’ve taken the time to complete your forms before you come in, we’ll breeze you through registration, take x-rays, and have you relaxing into the dental chair for a consultation with Dr. Crowley. He’ll show you your x-rays on a chairside screen, carefully explaining important information regarding your treatment plan and any issues he’s located.
After your consultation with Dr. Crowley, we’ll lead you to our hygiene department. After a thorough cleaning, you’re finished — we’ll send you on your way with a big smile and a follow-up appointment, if needed.
Patient Forms
Paperwork is boring, but new patient forms are an important part of our ability to provide quality care. When you make an appointment, we’ll email or mail you the forms. Fill them out and bring them with you to the first visit and registration will be a breeze!

Our team works to stay up-to-date on the latest changes in dental insurance so that we can be a real advocate for your oral health. We’ll discuss your plan with you, including which treatments you are eligible for, to help you maximize your investment in your dental health.
In-House Dental Program
If you don’t have dental insurance, or if you do but it does not include other members of your family, you will be happy to learn about our in-house dental program, which makes receiving the preventive and restorative services you need more affordable. In exchange for a small membership fee paid regularly, you will be eligible for steep discounts on a number of high-quality dental services in our Edmond, OK dental office.
Financing Available
Financing is available for patients who would prefer to make payments on their care. Bluff Creek Dental partners with CareCredit, a third party financing group that is sort of like a medical credit card. You can use it for anything medical-related — simply swipe the card at the time you receive services and then make payments at the rate you feel comfortable with. Your dental health should never be affected by your ability to pay for care in one lump sum.
