You simply pay a one-time annual membership fee and can begin scheduling appointments at a reduced rate right away. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are the annual membership rates: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\nperson &#8211; $299<\/li><li>2\npeople &#8211; $499<\/li><li>Each\nadditional dependent &#8211; $150<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cleanings, routine X-rays, and checkup exams are covered at 100% and will cost you nothing out of pocket.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sealants, which are excellent for preventing childhood cavities, are 50% off. Other procedures are 20% off, including: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gum therapy such as deep cleanings<\/li><li>Dental crowns<\/li><li>Root canals<\/li><li>Fillings <\/li><li>Oral surgery<\/li><li>Dental implants<\/li><li>Dentures and partials<\/li><li>Emergency visits<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One major advantage of this plan is simplicity.
